BUG: When opening a PDF and having no PDF viewer, an error was shown. Now a nice message is shown
BUG: When adding a new roomrate it could fail to save in some cases
BUG: The short description for roomrate now shows the priority as well.
BUG: Fixed an issue where the calendar could not show anything
BUG: Selection form for reservation had a recycle button. This is invalid, since reservations don't have a recyclebin.
